Your local remodeling contractor.
PYZ Construction Inc. plans and completes interior remodeling projects for homeowners and businesses in Elk Grove Village and nearby northwest suburbs.
Complete interior remodeling
Work with one local contractor for the connected stages of your project. We handle full bathroom renovations, basement finishing, kitchen installation, tile, flooring, drywall, painting, framing and finish carpentry.
Clear scope before construction
We walk through the space, discuss the intended finish and prepare a written scope. This helps establish which construction materials PYZ supplies, which finish materials the customer selects and how additional work is handled.
Built for lasting use
Good remodeling depends on preparation, sequencing and attention to the work that will be covered later. Our team focuses on sound substrates, waterproofing where required, clean layouts and a detailed final review.
Serving homes and businesses
Our Elk Grove Village base places PYZ close to Schaumburg, Arlington Heights, Mount Prospect, Des Plaines and surrounding communities.
